Cardiac Monitoring Center (CMC) Opens
Medicomp opens its first Cardiac Monitoring Center (CMC) — an independent diagnostic testing facility — to deliver Holter monitoring services nationwide over normal telephone lines, with guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time.  Later, Medicomp would open three more CMCs around the country to handle Holter, Event and Mobile Cardiac Telemetry services.

First Large-Scale Holter Network
Medicomp designed and installed the first large scale point-to-point digital Holter network, across 27 locations, resulting in significant time and cost savings over traditional routing methods.

First Monitor in Space
Medicomp provided Holter Monitoring for the Mir Space Station becoming the first Holter in outer space.

Epicardia™ Introduced
Epicardia 4000 is the company’s flagship product, designed for large hospitals and medical centers. Both systems provide ST segment analysis, heart rate variability and pacemaker detection, and continue to evolve with the latest technologies.

ECG Data Storage Industry First

Through the use of innovative data compression techniques, Medicomp introduced the first system capable of storing 24 entire hours of ECG data in solid-state memory.

Diogenes™ Algorithm Patented

Medicomp receives patent for the Diogenes algorithm, an artificial intelligence ECG algorithm capable of analyzing Rate, Rhythm, and Morphology.

First Holter Device Introduced
Medicomp introduced the first solid-state, arrhythmia analysis for ambulatory patient monitoring. This Holter device also incorporated automatic selection and storage of two-channel ECG strips (normal and abnormal).

Since 1981, Medicomp has been advancing the science of cardiac monitoring, with industry-leading innovations for the medical community.

Jodi is a seasoned Human Resources professional who thrives on change and transformation. She fell in love with Human Resources when she attended Penn State University for graduate school in Public Administration with a curriculum that emphasized Human Resources. After earning her Master’s degree she began her career in the manufacturing industry in Talent Acquisition and was eventually assigned the overall HR Management responsibility of three divisions which included collective bargaining. Ultimately, she made her way to transitioning a new division of a Fortune 100 company under the corporate model as well as developing and executing Human Resources policies and procedures across a broad range of functional disciplines. At the next juncture of her career, she was tapped on the shoulder by former Executives that she previously worked with to join in on an exciting start-up. Today, Jodi is the Vice President of Talent Relations and Development for Medicomp Inc dba ReactDx and is responsible for managing the strategic Human Resources function which includes mergers and acquisitions for this rapidly expanding company.

Jodi and her husband enjoy landscaping, finding new restaurants and traveling whenever life gives them the opportunity.
